It is ideally located in a new industrial park between Hangzhou and Shanghai, with a floor area covering 33000 square meter with over 100 employees. Zhejiang Kunbo Machinery and Manufacturing Co., boasts an annual production capacity of 5000t, composing of a foundry with resin sand processes and a machining factory, enabling it to providing a full range of services, ranging from pattern production, casting, finished machining, and assembly. Equipped with an advanced casting production line of resin sand, casting facilities like medium frequency electrical furnace, casting cleaning and blasting equipments and painting equipment, quality testing instruments include, chemical analysers, material property testing machines, impact testing machines, metallographic machine, ultrasonic testing machine, magnetic powder crack detectors.

Product types include parts of engines, pumps, valves, plastic injection machines, die casting machines, ships, oil drilling parts and engineering machinery. The main materials used are, ductile iron, gray iron, alloy steel, and carbon steel.
The machining factory is equipped with large scale digitally controlled boring and milling machines, vertical CNC lathes, machining centers, turning machines and drilling machines, which enables Zhejiang Kunbo Machinery and Manufacturing Co., to provide semi-finished parts, finished parts and assembly where required.
